Blog Research......

So I have done a bunch of blog research and PACA has two options for free blogs. 1. A blog like portlandarts.wordpress.com where one person creates and maintains all topics/categories, the benefit of this style is that we can maintain and orderly list of topics/categories, a con is that only one person can post and has to maintain the blog. 2. A blog like blogger where we can invite members who email us, they can post anything they want, this format creates a long scrolling list and shows the most recent posting first, a con is that we cannot create topics/categories, a benefit is that it gives members more ownership in what the blog says and looks like. All blogs allow comments.
